This is a race level exhaust for the street, offering unparalleled performance in its class. The Carbon/Kevlar weave silencer gives it that classic ‘Yasuni’ look. It is significantly louder than the standard exhaust. The silencer can be repacked periodically to take some of the edge off.
To make your life easy we’ve made up a tuning kit specifically for this exhaust to suit your scooter, which you can add via the drop down below. This kit includes a 50-72 jet kit to suit the standard carb, a set of stiffer performance clutch springs, and a set of lighter rollers to get the scooter revving – as performance exhausts need more revs to make power compared to the standard exhaust. Best of all, bundling the tuning parts saves you money!

Yasuni C16 Performance Exhaust for Piaggio Zip 50 2T
This exhaust is a direct fitment to Piaggio Zip 50cc 2T models (Hiper2 Motor). YASUNI C16 with Carbon Fibre / Kevlar weave silencer. Beautifully well made, high quality expansion chamber with excellent torque and high HP figures. The Carrera 16 is the first Yasuni’s line of full race exhausts.
This exhaust sports many impressive features such as quick release header and silencer held by springs and sealed with high heat Viton rubber o-rings, Carbon / Kevlar weave silencer, beautiful clear finish showing the exposed welds from individual rings of steel.
This is a RACE EXHAUST, it is noisey. You can repack the silencer, which will reduce the hardness of the sound. But please be aware that performance comes at the cost of making noise when it comes to 2 stroke tuning.
Ideally paired with a bridge port type cylinder such as the MHR Racing, or Stage 6 MKII Racing. While it will also work well with the MHR Replica, it is best saved for a higher end cylinder. It is not suitable with the factory cylinder, or a standard port map cylinder (single exhaust port).
When installing a performance exhaust it is necessary to increase the jet size in the carburetor. Failure to do so may result in engine damage. Transmission and clutch tuning may also be required to get the best performance out of this exhaust.Â
