Easy way to lock off the variator fan in the transmission for maintenance or tuning, without having to use a rattle gun!
Simply remove the clutch cover, bolt the tool in place and the teeth on the tool mesh with the teeth on the outer fan pulley of the variator – allowing you to remove the nut without a rattle gun.
