The Tecnigas TRIOPS is one of the best value high-end street / mid-race exhausts available at the moment.
The TRIOPS sports a huge list of higher end race features such as quick release silencer, quick release header pipe, clever double rubber bushed mount for reduced vibration, additional welded support tabs around the expansion chamber to silencer transition pipe for added strength, and the expansion chamber itself – just look at how beautiful it is. There’s no form over function here, the TRIOPS gets much of its horsepower through its huge header and expansion chamber, beautifully made from individually welded rings of high grade steel.
While this exhaust will work on standard 50cc cylinders, it is aimed at 70cc sport and mid race cylinders such as the Malossi Sport and Malossi MHR Replica 70cc cylinder range. When fitted to a stock 50cc cylinder, the rollers will have to be significantly lightened to get the cylinder revving enough to make power.

Tecnigas TRIOPS for Yamaha Aerox / Jog / Adly / BUG 50cc
This exhaust is a direct fitment to Yamaha Aerox / Jog / Adly / BUG 50cc (Minarelli Horizontal Motor). The large expansion chamber of this exhaust make it ideal for scooters fitted with a 70cc cylinder kit. Due to the large header hipe, the MHR Replica Cylinder would be an ideal match.
When installing a performance exhaust it is necessary to increase the jet size in the carburetor. Failure to do so may result in engine damage. Transmission and clutch tuning may also be required to get the best performance out of this exhaust.
