The innovative elements of this new MHR variator for OVER RANGE are:
– Far better running (gearing further improved).
– Rollers upgraded to Ø 19×15.5, to grant a longer gear curve.
– Reinforced variator structure on bushing side, to allow greater stability and length in gear curve.
You can also increase the performance of this variator with the addition of the OVER RANGE Torque Driver and belt (must be used in conjunction) for a greater amount of gearing.
Due to the physical dimensions of this variator the electrci start will no longer operate.

You can also increase the performance of this variator with the addition of the OVER RANGE Torque Driver and belt (must be used in conjunction) for a greater amount of gearing.
This variator is recommended for scooters with high end cylinder kits, such as the MHR Team cylinder range. Prior advanced transmission tuning experience highly recommended.
