Choosing the correct size for your PWK carburettor is crucial — neither too large nor too small. A carburettor that’s undersized can cause the engine to overheat, while one that’s oversized will lead to excessive fuel consumption and reduced performance. There are two main groups:

• 19mm to 28mm models: Manifold connection 35 mm and air filter connection 50mm

Please note: When installing this type of carburettor, the original intake system becomes unusable. You’ll need a larger intake manifold or rubber, 35 mm or 40 mm, and you must also replace the throttle cable, air filter, and fuel tap with a non-vacuum model.
