Privacy, Delivery & Refund Policy

Privacy Policy:

The only private information we will ever ask you for is directly related to your order at the time of checkout – such as your name, delivery address and contact information should we need to get into contact with you. We do not pass your personal information on to any 3rd party, other than our delivery partners for the purpose of delivering your order.

Delivery Policy:

We process all orders within 2 business days of having received payment. Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days from payment having been received. We will generally contact each customer to inform them of the lead time of their order at the time of processing. Delivery times vary depending on the delivery destination of the customer. We generally ship express post for customers within Australia, and Standard International for orders placed overseas. All shipped orders come with tracking information.

Refund/Returns Policy:

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods:

In the instance that a part or order is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, you must contact us as soon as possible via email ([email protected]). Please supply photos of the related parts, as well as a description of the problem or concern.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods must be returned in original packaging, unopened or in the instance of damaged goods returned in the same condition they were received.

Returns will only be accepted once approved by Scooter Street. No action should be taken until approval has been granted. Returns may take several days to process.

Change of mind or incorrectly ordered goods:

For Change of mind and incorrectly ordered goods returns please contact us by email ([email protected]). Incorrectly ordered and change of mind returns are accepted at our discretion, and may incur a 30% restocking fee. You may be offered a refund, partial refund or credit depending on the circumstance, at our discretion. We do not offer incorrectly ordered or change of mind returns on special order parts, please choose carefully.

Parts must be unused, and still sealed in their original factory packaging. Parts that have been opened, used or fitted will not be accepted as change of mind or incorrectly ordered return items under any circumstance.
