How To Tell Your Clutch Size

For most makes and models of 50cc – 100cc scooters, there are only 2 different sizes of clutch used – 107mm and 112mm.

Most makes and models are specifically listed by Malossi, which makes purchasing the correct performance clutch for your scooter easy.

Some models of rarer scooters, as well as many Chinese models aren’t specifically listed by Malossi, making it difficult to know which size to order, 107 or 112.

Fortunately there is a very easy way to find out what size your scooter clutch is! 107mm and 112mm reference the size of the clutch bell inner diameter (ID). Keep in mind that your clutch bell may not be 107mm or 112mm exactly, up to 1mm plus or minus is common.
